FOPX – ALCAP design with a self initiated desludge. Basic unit is clarifier & purification effect achieved by water transducer

alcap=alpha laval clarifier and purifier,
for oil having desity > 1010 kg/metre cube.
normal pfr cannot work on this kinda oil,
alcap gives us flexibility to preheat upto 98-100 deg,
without worrying abt losing water seal due to evaporation at 100 deg
as alcap doesnt hve interface of oil & water (gravity disk),but hve flow control disc,
the clean oil outlet is provided with water transducer based on dielectric and capacitative principle,it senses any water in clean out outlet and give signal to open up the water outer valves only first,if this happens more than twice in given time it initiates a desludging cycle,apart frm desludging at normal intervals.the programme is controlled by EPC UNITS,
